Our Gutter Cleaning & Clearance Process

Our fully trained technicians can provide clear advise throughout the the process to ensure your requirements are achieved and health & safety regulations are met.. All services are undertaken with full public liability insurance and in accordance with the relevant HSE guidelines.

Inspection Survey

A initial consultation will be undertaken with the client to fully understand their requirements. Where feasible via ladders, we will access the gutters/roof and undertake a physical survey to assess the scope of the work, logistics within the site and health & safety requirements. If the roof can not be accessed by ladder, from ground level we will use our telescopic poles that can reach a height of 12 metre or our drone, both fitted with inspection cameras. Photographs are provided to the client within a detailed and clearly structured project proposal. Specific tailored risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) can be provide upon the clients instruction. The site survey will also establish if there is a requirement for the use of a MEWP or mobile access tower.

Cleaning process

The cleaning process and method will be dependant of the findings from the initial site survey. Methods can include high powered vacuum clearance, manual sweeping with specialist brushes or water jetting, All waste removed from the gutters is disposed of by us correctly and is included within the project price. Upon completion, photographs of the areas cleaned are provide to the client for project sign off.

When working at height, safety is a piority, for our technicians, your staff & visitors and your premises. Impact Pressure Washing are accredited with Safe Contractor Accreditation, ensuring we adhere to the latest HSE requirements. All technicians undertaing the activities have IPAF PAL licences ensuring the safe use of MEWPS and PASMA certificates ensuring the safe use of mobile acess towers. Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are created and canbe provided upon your instruction. We operate under £5 million fully comprehensive public liability insurance.
